Lacto Labs Return & Refund Policy

At Lacto Labs, your satisfaction and trust are very important to us. Because we provide products related to breastfeeding, health, and personal care, we maintain a careful balance between protecting your safety and ensuring a smooth return process.

30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Test kits and all other products must be completely unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them, with tags and original packaging intact.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used test kits are strictly non-returnable.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at info@lactolabs.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please note: items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately at info@lactolabs.com if your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect (wrong product shipped)

Important: You must notify us of any defects or damage with your test kit within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and arrange a resolution.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used test kits (or any product that comes into direct bodily contact)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (final sale)
  • Counseling sessions (all sessions are non-refundable once purchased)

If you’re unsure whether your product qualifies, please email us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible), and then place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@lactolabs.com.
