This 60-minute virtual consultation is ideal for parents with questions about the nutrition available through breastmilk, infant feeding, and/or postpartum maternal nutrition. You'll receive expert guidance from one of our registered dietitians based on a nutrition assessment and your goals during your meeting. Then, within 7 days of your consultation, you will receive a customized written protocol as well. Whether you're looking to adjust your dietary intake to offer you and your infant optimal nutrition, or want practical tips and strategies for day-to-day meal and snack ideas, we're here to help!

Meet our Lacto Labs Registered Dietitian
Noelle Martin
Noelle Martin, MScFN RD, is a dietitian who specializes in prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric nutrition and is an expert in the area of breastmilk and infant feeding. She is cofounder of Nourished Beginnings and CEO of Motherhood and Meals, a Food and Nutrition professor, cookbook author, and a mom of three boys.
In addition to her education and over 20 years of experience as a dietitian, Noelle has also faced infertility, IVF, giving birth to preemies, breastfeeding babies with allergies, the chaos and challenges of pregnancy/newborn life with toddler twins, postpartum anxiety, and more. Using a combination of knowledge/expertise and experience, she has a passion for supporting fellow moms as they navigate nourishing themselves well, while also feeding their children.
Noelle is delighted to join the Lacto Labs team and lead our nutrition division. She will share evidence-based nutrition information, as well as practical tips and strategies to help you put recommendations into place and meet your and your infant’s nutrition needs well.
